Description
This is a Notice of Exemption for Annexation No. 1134 to the Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District of Los Angeles County. The annexation would allow the district to provide off-site sewage disposal service to an area consisting of existing structures developed at the density allowed by current zoning. The notice identifies the action as categorically exempt under California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Section 15319(a).
