Description
The Regie intermunicipale de la region de Thetford is soliciting sealed bids for the supply, collection, transportation, and treatment of containers for dry materials. The procurement is open to competitive bidding and covers an estimated 36-month contract period. Each submission must include a bid guarantee in the form of a certified cheque payable to the Regie or a bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid value. Prices must remain fixed, firm, and guaranteed through completion of the work. The authority may accept all or part of a submission and is not obligated to accept the lowest bid.
