Description
The City of Drummondville is soliciting professional services for property assessment for the 2027-2032 period. This is an open competitive procurement with an estimated 36-month contract period. Bidders must have their principal place of business in Canada or another territory covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement, obtain the tender documents through the electronic tendering system in their own name, and the successful bidder must be registered in the Register of Eligible Enterprises for Public Contracts. Sealed submissions are required. The buyer reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any submission and may reject suppliers with an unsatisfactory municipal performance evaluation during the preceding two years.
