Description
The North Carolina Department of Commerce, Division of Employment Security, is soliciting offers for Rubrik data backup and recovery storage services, including Rubrik hardware appliances, enterprise and foundation software, Azure Cloud Vault storage, premium support, and related cables and transceivers. The scope includes delivery, installation, configuration, VMware/SQL/NAS enablement, knowledge transfer, and cloud-vault provisioning at two data-center locations. The contract has a three-year base term with two optional one-year extensions. The solution must be operational before the Dell Avamar end-of-life date in March 2027. The solicitation requires compliance with North Carolina security, data-location, GovRAMP, accessibility, disaster-recovery, business-continuity, and data-protection requirements; specified products must be Rubrik products, and professional installation must be performed by Rubrik engineers.
