Description
East Hampton Union Free School District is soliciting sealed bids for Contract No. 1, Site Work, for a synthetic turf field at East Hampton High School. Bids must include bid security of at least 5% of the total bid, and the successful contractor must provide performance and labor/material bonds as required by the General Conditions. Bidders must carry workers' compensation and other required insurance, comply with applicable New York prevailing-wage requirements, and ensure that workers complete an approved 10-hour construction safety and health course before performing work. The bid must be sealed and clearly marked with the project name, bidder's complete name and address, and the contract being bid.
