Description
The University of Connecticut is seeking statements of qualifications from companies to provide on-call project management oversight and related professional services under a master agreement. Services may support vertical and horizontal construction projects and include project management, administration, owner representation, quality assurance and quality control, construction inspection, project reporting, pay application and change-order review, scheduling, cost estimating, procurement support, and development of scopes of work and planning documents. The solicitation may result in prequalification and multiple awards, with individual purchase orders not exceeding $1 million and no guaranteed assignment volume or dollar value. The submission requires UConn-provided forms for previous relevant experience, proposed key personnel resumes, and all-inclusive hourly rates for Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Cost Estimator positions. Respondents must also provide a narrative of approach, answer portal questions concerning organization, litigation, integrity, conflicts, certifications, and contract acceptance, and submit an executed SEEC Form 10 and any applicable supplier-diversity certificate. The draft contract requires applicable professional licensing, insurance, and compliance with UConn requirements; services are performed under purchase orders at UConn campuses, UConn Health locations, leased properties, and other UConn-owned properties.
