North East Transportation is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, and test a generator fuel system upgrade at its Watertown bus facility. The work includes replacing and upgrading the fuel storage control panel module with a UL 508A-labeled fuel management control panel featuring a main disconnect switch, color touchscreen display, controls for two belly/day tanks and two pumps, pump alternation and sequencing, magnetic motor starters and overloads, indicator lights, and building management system communication over Modbus. The scope also includes control of existing fuel-oil pumps, interfaces with new level switches on existing belly/day tanks, fuel-oil system control and notification, four float-level sensors for the main belly tank, float-level sensors for the auxiliary belly tank, and complete installation and testing of the new panel. Pricing must include all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, warranty, and other costs necessary for completion. The award is intended for the lowest-priced responsive and responsible vendor, subject to required company, state, and federal paperwork.
