Description
Fontana Unified School District is soliciting bids for musical instruments, accessories, cases, percussion equipment, keyboards, speakers, strings, reeds, stands, and related supplies across 145 bid line items. Bidders must provide brand and model information for each item, unit pricing, estimated delivery time, warranty information, and applicable catalog discounts. Equivalent products may be proposed with complete technical specifications and side-by-side comparisons; products must be new, and required hard cases must be included where specified. The contract will have an initial one-year term from award, with up to two additional one-year renewals by mutual consent. Prices must include delivery and remain firm for the initial term. The initial order must be delivered before June 30, 2027, and subsequent deliveries are generally required within 60 calendar days after receipt of a purchase order. The bid requires several signed certifications and declarations, vendor questionnaire responses, and at least three references for similar goods and services provided to a comparable school district or public agency within the last five years.
