Description
Oswego County Board of Cooperative Educational Services, through the Center for Instruction, Technology & Innovation, is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase of new musical instruments and related accessories on behalf of the Port Byron Central School District. The listed items include a French horn mouthpiece, student baritone horn, band folders, percussion kits, tubano drums, and adjustable Orff stands. Bidders may bid on individual line items and may offer substitutes where permitted, but items marked “NO SUB” must be supplied as specified. Pricing must include all transportation, delivery, and freight charges, as well as customer service. The awarded vendor must provide at least one hour with a representative, either virtually or in person, to review instrument setup, care, storage, warranty information, and related end-user guidance; this service is not required for accessories such as stands. Instruments must be new, unused, current-production equipment delivered in ready-to-play condition. Responses require the provided Vendor Response Sheet and the specified bid certifications and acknowledgments.
