Description
Nassau BOCES is soliciting bids from authorized representatives for musical instruments across numerous manufacturer product lines, including pianos, band and orchestra instruments, percussion equipment, cymbals, strings, winds, and related product lines. Vendors must submit one discount percentage for each manufacturer line they wish to offer, using the buyer's pricing sheets and limiting responses to one decimal place. Pricing must include shipping, handling, setup, warranty obligations, and the required service of unpacking instruments at the vendor's warehouse, setting them up, play testing them, and delivering them to participating school districts. Vendors must provide a signed Manufacturer's Certification for each manufacturer offered. Electronic submission is available through the buyer's procurement portal; paper bids are also permitted. Addendum 1 must accompany all bids, with special paper-submission instructions for bidders who had already submitted electronically.
