Description
Nassau BOCES is soliciting discount pricing for a broad range of musical instrument manufacturer product lines, including pianos, brass and woodwind instruments, percussion equipment, strings, cymbals, digital pianos, and related equipment. Vendors must submit one discount percentage for each manufacturer line they wish to offer, using Nassau BOCES pricing sheets; pricing attachments are not permitted. Bidders must be authorized representatives of the offered product lines and submit a signed Manufacturer's Certification for each manufacturer, along with the applicable current MSRP lists. Instruments must be unpacked at the vendor's warehouse, set up, play tested, and delivered to participating districts, with shipping, handling, setup, and warranty obligations included in the pricing. The bid also requires completion of electronic bid attributes and a non-collusion, Iran Divestment Act, and sexual-harassment-prevention certification acknowledgments. Insurance is required after award and before deliveries or work begin.
