Description
The Southeast Texas Purchasing Cooperative is soliciting proposals from vendors able to provide musical instruments, supplies, equipment, and related services for cooperative members. The scope specifically includes pianos and organs; amplifiers and other acoustic peripherals; and services to maintain, repair, improve, install, or set up musical inventory. Vendors may offer their full line of commonly purchased products and services in the category. The resulting contract may support indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity purchases made by participating members on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed purchase volume. Proposals must provide catalog pricing and a minimum percentage discount, along with pricing for related services. Multiple contracts may be awarded. Responses must include the completed vendor packet, required certifications, vendor information, pricing and delivery information, and proof of insurance as specified.
