Description
Spokane Public Schools is soliciting line-item pricing for new, current-model music instruments and related equipment, including woodwinds, brass instruments, percussion and concert instruments, string instruments, guitars, amplifiers, drum sets, cymbals, cases, and accessories. The bid lists district-approved makes and models, including several items designated “do not substitute,” and requires all instruments to include cases where specified, manuals or instructions when available, delivery, and pricing that includes warranty costs. The resulting pricing agreement will run from award through August 31, 2027, with anticipated purchases based on the listed quantities and additional quantities possible as needs arise. Vendors must be authorized manufacturer resellers with relevant service experience and must provide local on-site warranty repair service or use a local repair business. A minimum one-year warranty is required, and products must be new rather than used, reconditioned, or demonstration models.
