Description
Hazleton Area School District is soliciting bids for approximately 140 cataloged music-supply and equipment items for the 2026–2027 school year. The list includes musical instruments, percussion equipment, electronic audio equipment, instrument cases and stands, mallets, reeds, strings, music education materials, cleaning and maintenance supplies, and related accessories. Bidders may bid on individual items and are not required to bid on the entire catalog; awards will be made on a per-item basis to the lowest responsible bidder. Items must be new and delivered at firm net prices inclusive of freight and other delivery charges. Equivalent substitutions are generally permitted when identified, while several listed items are designated as no-substitute products. The bidder must complete the provided Microsoft Excel bid spreadsheet electronically, complete the required proposal and vendor information forms, and submit a notarized non-collusion affidavit. A certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the bidder's grand total is required.
