The City of Pittsfield is conducting Phase I of a two-step procurement for the reconstruction of the Wahconah Park grandstand and concession facility. It is seeking qualified and experienced roofing and flashing trade subcontractors to submit a Statement of Qualifications for project prequalification. The estimated construction cost is $14,000,000. Only general contractor and filed-trade subcontractor firms prequalified during Phase I will be permitted to submit bids during Phase II. DCAMM certification in the Roofing and Flashing trade categories is required, but the project-specific Statement of Qualifications is required even for firms that already hold DCAMM certification. The City anticipates issuing the Phase II invitation to bid in November 2026.
