Description
This Sources Sought/Request for Information concerns construction services for the second part of Phase 1 of the Consolidated Primary Care project at the Albany VA Medical Center. The work will consolidate primary care units currently located on the first, fourth, and eighth floors of Building 1 into the first-floor core, relocate the Agent Cashiers office, and provide associated functions. The project includes construction of a new reception area with six Medical Support Assistant desks and a waiting lobby. Approximately 5,000 square feet will be renovated through five construction phases. The estimated project magnitude is between $1 million and $5 million. This is market research rather than a formal solicitation; interested responsible sources may submit a written capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
