Description
Rensselaer County is soliciting bids for a complete package of cleaning products and janitorial supplies. Bidders must price every item on the Official Bid Form; partial bids will not be accepted. Products may be specified by manufacturer and product code, but equivalent or better substitutions may be proposed with supporting product information and require County approval. The contract covers estimated quantities ordered during the award period. Pricing must remain firm, and awarded products must remain available throughout the contract term. Vendors must package and label products with manufacturer/product identification, size or weight, and case or package quantity. Selected samples may be requested for inspection within seven calendar days of notification. County departments will place orders separately, and the successful vendor must deliver and invoice each department independently.
