Description
New York State's Office of General Services, Division of Real Estate, is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for all cementitious and epoxy resin terrazzo flooring throughout the Empire State Plaza. The contract term is five years. Bidders must demonstrate at least five years of relevant terrazzo maintenance and repair experience, or meet the stated senior-management experience alternative; have successfully completed maintenance and repair of at least 700,000 square feet of terrazzo flooring; and have the bidder and staff hold membership in the National Terrazzo and Mosaic Association.
