Description
Jefferson County is seeking qualifications from firms to prepare a new Airport Master Plan for Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport and provide on-call planning, environmental, and related consulting services. The scope includes airport data collection and facility inventories; land surveys and GIS analysis; Airport Layout Plan and Airport Property Map updates; development, roadway, parking, transportation, land-use, noise, airspace, and airport development planning; cost estimates and schedules; stakeholder engagement; and airport policy, rates, and charges reviews. Potential environmental services include National Environmental Policy Act categorical exclusions and environmental assessments, with related wetland, cultural and archaeological, biological, noise, and air-quality studies. The selected consultant must demonstrate airport planning and environmental experience, including FAA-funded project and Airport Improvement Program familiarity, and comply with applicable FAA requirements and federal provisions. Responses must not include pricing information. The County anticipates a four-year contract with one additional one-year renewal option, with project work issued through individual orders and no guaranteed minimum work.
