Description
The City of Upper Arlington is seeking statements of qualifications from professional service providers for inclusion in its 2027–2028 Engineering Division on-call consulting list. The 16 categories include roadway and traffic engineering; construction administration and inspection; sanitary sewer and water distribution systems; stormwater management; geotechnical engineering; environmental studies, planning, and permitting; park services and landscape architecture; electrical engineering and street lighting; surveying; structural engineering; architectural services; mechanical engineering and HVAC; right-of-way acquisition; and geographic information system services. The on-call list will be effective from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2028, with individual assignments negotiated as needed. Firms may be selected for multiple categories, and there is no limit on the number of firms selected per category. The SOQ must include a cover letter, Category Selection Form, firm information, relevant project experience, and key personnel experience. The submission must be a single PDF, with specified page limits and a minimum 10-point font, submitted through the IonWave website or by email. Joint or team submittals are not accepted.
