Description

The City of Allentown intends to hire a contractor on standby for emergency call-outs to raze or demolish commercial and residential properties determined to be immediately unsafe. The work is to be performed as needed under a fixed-fee contract. Responses must be submitted online through PennBid. The submission must include the completed Proposal Page, required forms, a scanned Bid Bond, the Signature Page, required supporting documents, the required Bidder Acknowledgements questionnaire, and the completed Pricing Section bid table. Additional documents are optional. Questions must be submitted through PennBid's Ask a Question feature.
