Description
The Lafayette Consolidated Government is soliciting sealed bids for the 2027 Fiber to the Home Stock Material Bid. The bid encompasses the provision of stock materials necessary for the expansion and maintenance of their fiber-to-the-home network. Bidders must submit their bids either electronically through the Vendor Access portal or in person at the Purchasing Division office. The bid opening will occur shortly after the submission deadline. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the base bid plus additive alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The Lafayette Consolidated Government encourages the participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) in this procurement.
