Description
Lafayette Consolidated Government is soliciting bids for an emergency standby generator and accessories. The scope includes engineering, design, fabrication, testing, packaging, delivery, and manufacturer's field services at the job site. The work is scheduled to be completed between July 1, 2028, and October 1, 2028. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid form. The successful bidder must execute performance and labor and material payment bonds in the full contract amount. Bids will be evaluated based on the lowest responsible and responsive bid. Electronic submissions must be provided as one combined, bookmarked PDF, followed by one hard copy by mail; mailed submissions require one hard copy containing the combined bookmarked PDF and one USB flash drive. A corporate resolution or certificate of authority authorizing the signer is required with the bid.
