Description
Lafayette Consolidated Government is soliciting bids for batteries and uninterruptible power supply equipment and accessories. The scope includes engineering, design, fabrication, testing, packaging, delivery, and manufacturer field services at the job site. Work is scheduled to be completed between July 1, 2028, and October 1, 2028. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid form, and the successful bidder must execute performance and labor and material payment bonds in the full contract amount. Electronic submissions must be combined into one bookmarked PDF, with one hard copy also mailed; mailed submissions require one hard copy containing the combined bookmarked PDF and one USB flash drive.
