Description
The Lafayette Airport Commission is seeking a qualified multidisciplinary team to provide general professional airport architectural and engineering consulting services and architectural and engineering support services for Lafayette Regional Airport. The scope may include airport planning, architectural and engineering design, bid-phase services, construction management and administration, inspection, materials testing coordination, project and program management, cost estimating, scheduling, environmental consulting, security improvements, and related on-call support. The selected consultant will support a variety of potential airside, landside, terminal, parking, utility, environmental, and security projects, subject to funding and authorization. The agreement is for a three-year term with two possible one-year extensions. Respondents must demonstrate recent experience with complex, multidisciplinary, multi-agency-funded airport projects and applicable FAA, TSA, state, and local requirements. The solicitation requires staged submissions, including a pre-qualification packet and, for pre-qualified firms, a Statement of Qualifications packet with specified forms, narratives, experience information, resumes, proof of insurability, and supporting disclosures.
