Description
The U.S. Marshals Service’s Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System intends to negotiate a sole-source award to the Lafayette Airport Commission for landing fees and related airport support associated with three JPATS-owned Boeing 737-series aircraft. The notice states that Lafayette Airport Commission is the only reasonably available source with the unique capabilities required. This is a notice of intent rather than a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. The period of performance is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Interested parties may submit written information for Government consideration, but unsolicited quotations or offers will not form the basis for an award.
