Description
Lafayette Parish School System is soliciting bids for estimated annual requirements of school uniforms for the 2026-2027 school year. Items include youth and adult short-sleeve pique polo shirts; boys' youth and husky pants and shorts; girls' junior and plus-size pants and Bermuda shorts; men's and big men's pants and shorts; children's and adult jackets; and children's and adult sweatshirts. Specifications identify required sizes, colors, fabric compositions, and estimated quantities by line item. Bidders must submit the official bid form with unit pricing for each item, along with the signed signature page and Debarment Certification Form. Catalog cuts or descriptive literature are required for proposed equivalent products. Prices must be firm, include delivery on an F.O.B. destination basis, and remain valid for the contract period. The contract is for estimated requirements, with orders issued as needed through June 30, 2027.
