Description
Lafayette Consolidated Government is soliciting bids for Phase I renovations to the first- and second-floor restrooms within Lafayette City Hall. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to complete the work within 180 working days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid form and accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the base bid plus additive alternates. The successful contractor must furnish performance and labor-and-material payment bonds for the full contract amount. Contractors bidding $50,000 or more must hold a Louisiana Building Construction license and provide the license number. A Corporate Resolution or Certificate of Authority authorizing the bid signer is required. The government encourages participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
