Description
The University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) is seeking letters of interest from qualified professional service firms for the Jones Main Gym Floor Replacement project. This project will begin with a programming phase to confirm scope, cost, funding, and ADA-compliance requirements for replacing the existing athletic wood floor system. Upon completion of programming and confirmation of funding, the project is anticipated to include full basic design services for the removal of the existing floor, installation of a new wood athletic floor system with an interlocking airflow subfloor, and related work. This includes bleacher removal and reinstallation, transitions, wall base, volleyball sleeve covers, court graphics, and associated improvements. Firms must be licensed in the State of North Carolina to offer architectural or engineering services. The University intends to select a firm through a qualifications-based review process. Submissions of a Letter of Interest and a current SF-330 form in PDF format are required.
