Description
This solicitation is for non-personal services to provide maintenance and repair for the Airfield Lighting Control and Monitoring Systems (ALCMS) at Fort Bragg, Simmons Army Airfield, and Mackall Army Airfield in North Carolina. The scope of work includes comprehensive operational inspection, adjustments, and software updates for computer software programs, communication systems, switch panels, power systems, and computer hardware components. Bulb replacement services are not included. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type with some "As Required" CLINs. The period of performance is a twelve (12) month base year with four (4) option years of 12 months each, plus an 8-month extension. Contractor personnel will require a Homeland Security Installation Access Control Badge, and key personnel must be proficient in English. Security plans, including physical security, information security, and information systems plans, must be submitted within 30 days of contract award. Anti-Terrorism Level 1 training, iWATCH training, and OPSEC Awareness Training are also required for all contractor employees.
