Description
Moore County is soliciting sealed bids for the purchase of chemicals for its Public Works Department under IFB 2026-09. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Estimated quantities include 17,000 gallons of Caustic Soda 50%, 8,000 gallons of Sodium Hypochlorite 15%, and 600 gallons of OP50 Phosphate Solution. Deliveries will be in smaller quantities (300-400 gallons) every 2-3 months, requiring small box trucks due to limited turnaround space. Vendors must supply pumping equipment for transfer and include any fuel surcharges. All chemicals must be NSF-grade for water treatment. The County will pay sales tax separately.
