Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Myrover-Reese Fellowship Homes, Inc. for Homeless Veterans Temporary Rehabilitative Residential Housing services. This service provides inpatient transitional housing within a 50-mile radius of VAMC Fayetteville or a 25-mile radius of outlying VA Health Care Centers. The services include a low-barrier therapeutic and rehabilitative environment with attendant services for medical rehabilitation, including beds, restrooms, bathrooms, kitchen facilities, related furnishings, meals, snacks, hygiene items, first aid supplies, and lockable storage. Market research indicates this service can only be obtained from a single source without unacceptable duplication of cost or delay in patient care continuity.
