Description
Harnett County is seeking qualifications from engineering firms and other professional entities to provide Due Diligence activities, surveying, and title search services for the Western Harnett Industrial Park - Phase 1 development. The scope of services includes Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, detailed wetland and stream delineation, threatened and endangered species reporting, historical and cultural resource reviews, archaeological studies, geotechnical reports, buildable area summary maps, existing utilities location maps, title opinions, and boundary surveys. The services must be in conformance with the Golden LEAF Foundation's Due Diligence requirements. The project is funded by grant funds and will focus on three specific parcels located off Hwy 87 in Sanford, NC. Vendors are required to submit a statement of qualifications including company background, relevant project experience, staff qualifications, references, and required certifications. Pricing may be requested at a later stage. The county encourages participation from minority and women-owned businesses.
