Description
The Town of Elizabethtown is soliciting competitive quotations for its Commercial Package and Workers' Compensation insurance programs. The policies are intended to be for one-year terms, with options for longer terms to be considered. The effective date for the coverage will be July 1, 2026, at 12:01 AM Eastern Standard Time. The solicitation requires comprehensive coverage across various lines, including Property, Boiler & Machinery, Inland Marine, General Liability, Auto Liability, Crime/Bonds, Law Enforcement Liability, Public Officials Liability, Cyber Liability, Excess Liability, and Workers' Compensation. Specific coverage limits, deductibles, and endorsements are detailed for each category, with a strong emphasis on ensuring broad coverage and adequate protection for the Town's assets and operations. In addition to insurance coverage, the Town requires loss control services. These services include annual on-site risk evaluations, detailed loss reports, safety training seminars, access to a video library, assistance in developing a loss control manual, and participation in safety committee meetings. The selected provider must also furnish a five-year loss history report on an annual basis.
