Description
The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) is soliciting bids for an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver men's and women's neckties for the Scotland City Sewing Plant. This contract will be on an "as needed" basis, with no guaranteed minimum or maximum quantity. The ties are intended for correction officers within the prison system. The contract is intended to be for an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the date of final contract execution. The solicitation specifies detailed requirements for both men's and women's neckties, including material, dimensions, color, and packaging. Vendors are required to provide samples with their bid and must be authorized resellers of the products offered.
