Description
This solicitation is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide maintenance services, repairs, and replacement of parts for mechanical gates located at Simmons Army Airfield, Mackall Army Airfield, the Installation Force Modernization Facility, and the Installation Mission Training Complex. The BPA will have a period of performance of three years, scheduled to begin on July 31, 2026, and end on July 30, 2029. The services include preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement of components such as access card readers, combination boxes, gate motors, retracting chains, belts, and gate rollers. The work will be performed across multiple locations within Fort Bragg and Mackall Army Airfield. The contract will be structured as a BPA with services executed at the BPA Call level. The total BPA master dollar limit shall not exceed $975,000.00, with individual BPA Call Orders not exceeding $50,000.00. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the required services. A site visit is planned to assess the 22 mechanical gates, with an estimated four hours required for the visit including driving time.
