Description
The North Carolina Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for corrugated aluminum pipe and aluminum bands. These materials are intended to replenish inventory for road and highway maintenance in Bladen County for the 2026/2027 fiscal year. The solicitation aims to establish an Agency Specific Contract for this one-time purchase. Vendors must be registered North Carolina vendors in good standing and submit bids electronically through the eVP portal. Compliance with North Carolina's General Terms and Conditions, Instructions to Vendors, and specific requirements outlined in the IFB is mandatory. The pipe must meet or exceed the 2024 Standard Specifications for Roads and Structures and be inspected and approved by an NCDOT Materials & Test inspector.
