Description
The University of North Carolina at Pembroke is soliciting sealed proposals for the Oxendine Data Center Renovation project. The bids will be received until 2:00 PM on June 23, 2026, at the Facilities Planning, Design & Construction office, located in the Pinchbeck Building at One University Drive, Pembroke, NC 28372. At that time and place, all received bids will be opened and read aloud. Electronic plans and specifications for this project are available beginning May 15, 2026, by submitting an email request to Mary Perello at Mary.Perello@NV5.com. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
