Description
The City of Redlands is soliciting a licensed Class A or Class C-34 contractor for the 2026 CIP Sewer Pipeline & Manhole Replacement Project. The work includes approximately 3,300 linear feet of sewer improvements, including removal and replacement of 10-inch and 12-inch pipe with SDR 35 PVC, installation of new 8-inch SDR 35 PVC pipe, CIPP installation, spot repairs, sewer lateral reconnections, manhole removal and construction, flow bypass, pipeline and CIPP testing, CCTV inspection, traffic control, pavement restoration, striping, utility protection, survey monument replacement, and site restoration. The bid is a lump-sum public works construction opportunity with an estimated bid value of $1,000,000 and a 60-working-day project duration. A 10% bid bond and 100% payment and performance bonds are required. The solicitation also requires prevailing-wage and Department of Industrial Relations compliance, safety prequalification materials, subcontractor information, qualification and experience information for three similar projects completed within the past two years, and specified safety and labor documentation.
