Description
The City of Coolidge Parks and Recreation Department is soliciting sealed proposals to prepare and surface two outdoor basketball courts at Regional Park, apply court lines, and provide and install four new backboards and rims. The work must include preparation of all courts for surfacing and is expected to be completed within six to eight weeks after City Council approval. Proposals must include pricing using Attachment A, compliance with the specifications, estimated delivery and completion time, three references for similar products and services, a completed W-9, the completed Introduction/Offer Sheet, and a conflict-of-interest disclosure. Evaluation will consider total cost, appearance and delivery time, and the quality and completeness of the proposal. A certificate of insurance is required before work begins, with specified commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation/employers' liability coverage.
