Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a firm-fixed-price contractor to replace approximately 2,800 square feet of rubber flooring in the Wheel and Tire Shop at Building 270, Nellis Air Force Base. The requirement includes supplying brand-name-or-equal EcoGrip rubber flooring; removing and properly disposing of the existing flooring and adhesive; preparing the concrete substrate; installing the new flooring; ensuring flush, gap-free seams; applying seam-welding treatment; and cleaning job-related debris. The flooring must be at least 1/3 inch thick, black, slip-resistant, and resistant to petroleum-containing products such as motor oil, jet fuel, and grease. The entire package must be quoted because the requirement will be awarded as one contract under a lowest-priced, technically acceptable evaluation. Delivery is required within 45 days after receipt of order.
