Description
The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Paris, France, is seeking a contractor to replace carpet in the Consular waiting room section of the embassy. The procurement is classified under housekeeping, carpet laying and cleaning, and flooring contractors. The resulting contract is expected to be fixed price and awarded to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror that is determined to be responsible.
