Description
The City of Somers Point is seeking proposals for commercial flooring construction and installation services for the period January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026. The City may make multiple awards for similar goods and services. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience and reputation, knowledge of the City and the subject matter, the compensation proposal and billing methodology, and other factors in the City's best interest. Respondents must state their years in business, provide at least three references, describe their experience doing business with the City, explain their pricing structure, and identify any additional relevant factors. The selected contractor must comply with applicable mandatory equal opportunity requirements and indemnification obligations.
