Description
The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is soliciting a contractor to construct a new 40-by-64-foot pre-engineered post-framed storage building for ATV Park maintenance equipment. The scope includes concrete footings and flatwork, wood framing, metal siding and roofing, spray foam insulation, electrical and lighting, rough plumbing, and mechanical heating and ventilation. Project documents, including plans, specifications, proposal forms, and addenda, are available from Beeline and Blue. Questions, substitution requests, and bidding-procedure inquiries must be submitted by email to the DNR Procurement contact by noon on the Friday before bid letting. The bid closes September 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
