Description
The City of White Plains Department of Public Works is soliciting sealed bids for Contract No. 903474, Heavy Construction/Maintenance on City-Controlled Property. The work includes furnishing all required materials, except materials furnished under other identified contracts, and performing all labor and related work necessary to complete the project. The contract requires completion within one year from the award date. Bids must include bid security in the amount of $15,000 in the form of a certified check or equivalent bank draft payable to the City of White Plains. Liquidated damages are specified at $500 per day.
