Description
Port Freeport is soliciting competitive sealed bids through a one-step, lump-sum procurement for the construction of “Cross Dock 2,” an approximately 85,000-square-foot, Type II-B refrigerated cross-dock building. The facility will include mixed occupancies classified as B, F-1, and S-2, with roof heights ranging from 55 to 57 feet above slab. The project also includes development of an approximately 8.5-acre site with heavy truck drives and parking areas, underground drainage, and underground utilities.
