Description
This solicitation seeks a Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for general construction services to support sustainment, maintenance, repair, alteration/renovation, and minor construction projects at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The contract will cover a broad range of complex projects requiring multiple construction trades and potentially engineering design. Projects may be executed using Design Build, Construction with Limited Design, or Construction only methods, with the specific method defined per Task Order (TO). The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, equipment, testing, and quality control necessary for project completion. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this opportunity is 236210, Industrial Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45 million. The MACC will have a base period of five (5) years with one (1) option period of five (5) years.
