Description
Waupun Utilities is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the design and construction of a base building project. The project involves the design and construction of a building in accordance with the Request for Proposals. The complete RFP includes project specifications, proposal requirements, contractor qualifications, and submission details. Questions regarding the RFP are due September 29, 2026, and proposals must be received by 12:00 p.m. on October 1, 2026. Proposals shall be submitted to Waupun Utilities, Attn: General Manager. The RFP is available at https://www.waupunutilities.com/request-proposals. Waupun Utilities reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, request clarification or additional information, and accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the utility.
