The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award Energy Services Group an out-of-scope modification for new work involving the construction of heating and cooling plants. The modification will be firm-fixed-price and will be made to contract 36C25224C0025. The notice states that a justification is required under FAR 6.103-1.
