The Virginia Air National Guard is conducting market research for certified court reporting services at hearings and verbatim legal transcription of audio files. The provider must identify speakers, protect confidential information, conduct all transcription work within the United States, omit witness and interviewee names from external documents, and return physical audio files to the contracting officer's representative after each call. The provider must deliver an initial PDF transcript for authentication within 30 calendar days after each hearing, followed by one final paper copy and one final PDF copy within 14 calendar days after authentication. Interested businesses must submit a capability statement addressing company and administrative information, business size and socioeconomic certifications, CAGE Code and UEI, experience with certified court reporters for military or legal hearings, transcription proficiency, quality-control processes, and the ability to meet the stated delivery schedules.
